Academy Location 14 Trillium Way, Thunder Bay, OntarioDilico Anishinabek Family Care's Provincial Youth Outreach Workers (PYOWs) are offering an opportunity for adults to get together to cook a healthy, nutritious, meal for the whole family. Share in menu planning and cooking with your peers and take home meals for your family. Please register for this program by calling Alex at (807) 629-3358.
Playgroup Drop-In
Dease Location 820 Minnesota St., Thunder Bay, OntarioStory-time, crafts, and free play for kids aged 0-6 and their caregivers provided in partnership with Anishnawbe Mushkiki. Come socialize, connect, and explore in a fun and engaging environment. We will meet in Minnesota Park. Healthy snacks and coffee/tea will be provided.
Take Home Meal Kits
Dease Location 820 Minnesota St., Thunder Bay, OntarioCome pick up a healthy meal kit you can cook at home. Each kit will have a recipe and all the ingredients required to make a healthy dinner for the family. Please let us know about any dietary restrictions or allergies when you call 807-633-9481 to register for this program.
Art Drop-In
Dease Location 820 Minnesota St., Thunder Bay, OntarioCome and get creative with a painting drop-in at Minnesota Park. All supplies provided, but feel free to bring your own. No experience necessary!
HK Walking Group Drop-In
Dease Location 820 Minnesota St., Thunder Bay, OntarioCome out for a family-friendly stroll around the neighbourhood (weather depending). We will meet in Minnesota Park. Healthy Snacks will be provided. Strollers, children and drop-ins welcome! Please wear comfortable shoes and clothing. If the weather is bad we will move inside for light exercise.
Kids in the Community Kitchen (K.I.C.K.)
