Talk-In & Walk-In Counselling

This is an opportunity for individuals to come and talk to a counsellor from the Children's Centre about any concerns that they have, in a safe and inclusive space.  First come, first served. Emergency Food Cupboard

The Emergency Food Cupboard is open at the Windsor site every Thursday afternoon. This service can be accessed once a month for those who require emergency relief (two days worth of food for the whole family). Identification is required for your first visit. The I Love To… program is a free program providing children aged 5-12 years old in the neighbourhood an opportunity to participate in organized sports with other kids in the area.  This is a community effort whose goal is to provide communities an opportunity to unite and grow through sport! Lunch & Learn Wellness Talk

Academy Location 14 Trillium Way, Thunder Bay, Ontario

Join staff from TBDHU's Substance Use and Tobacco teams for casual conversation about commercial tobacco, cannabis, alcohol and other drugs, myths and facts, tips for parents, and local resources. Neighbourhood residents are welcome and childcare is available for kids 0-6 years.  Lunch will be provided, and all programming is free!
