HEAL (Healthy Eating Active Living) is for children and youth age 7-17 offering programs that focus on Physical Activity, Healthy Eating/Diabetes Prevention, Active Living, Self-Esteem and Body Positivity, and Smoking Prevention/Cessation. Join HEAL staff outdoors for some physical activities or indoors for some crafting and cooking.
