An event every week that begins at 5:30 pm on Monday, repeating until November 7, 2022
The Healthy Kids Family Program is a free 90-minute class each week running for 4 weeks. You’ll join other parents and caregivers in learning about topics like healthy eating, active living, smoking prevention and cessation, and mental health.
Participants receive a $10 grocery gift card and meal for each session attended. Childcare and dinner is provided, and registration is required.

These sessions take place at Our Kids Count, 704 McKenzie St, October 3, 17, 24, and November 7, 2022. (No sessions on Thanksgiving or Hallowe’en.)
